Abstract:With the developing scale of the marine space resources using, the operation of the marine ecosystem is even worse.Takes reclamation research present situation as a starting point, constructs a impact evaluation index system of the reclamation on marine ecosystem, and reviews the related research results and national standards, establishes the third class criteria of each evaluation index, based on fuzzy matter-element model, evaluates the marine ecosystem damages caused by reclamation in Jiaozhou Bay in 1986, 2000 and 2010, confirms that the scales of reclamation projects and the deterioration of marine ecosystem have a significant correlation, and finds out that with the passage of time, the ecological accumulation effects are more obvious, and the ecological and economic losses continue to increase.
