Abstract：The specialization and complexity of marine environmental pollution suitcases promote the significance of judicial authentication of marine environmental pollution damage. The effect of evidence of judicial authentication includes the competency of evidence and the weight of proof. This paper analyzes the subjects, procedures and methods of judicial authentication, in order to regulate the behaviors relative to judicial authentication and lay the foundation of handling the pollution incidents scientifically.
