Study on forming of existing reclamation land resources and its recovery system

Abstract：Sea areas reclamation is an important way of marine exploitation in China, currently. The sea area reclamation increased quickly not only in areas, but also in intensity. This relief land resources shortage, and then caused unused reclamation for many reasons. And the existing reclamation forming existing reclamation land resources. This paper choose East sea in China as study region, the meaning of existing reclamation land resource was defined firstly. Then the form reasons of existing reclamation land resources were analyzed, which include outside economic, change of industry polices and planning, Insufficient investment of infrastructure by government, the interests of interested parties are poorly coordinated, company factors of reclamation, natural law of environment. The recovery system of existing reclamation land resources was proposed, especially for system of existing reclamation land resources recovery. This can replied reclamation land management system in China.
