青堆子湾大型底栖动物群落结构特征及影响因素的初步研究

Community structure and influencing factors in macrobenthic faunas in Qingduizi bay in coastal Dalian

  • 摘要: 2011年~2012年对青堆子湾16个站位的底栖动物群落进行了研究,并将12个沉积环境因子、10个水环境因素和底栖动物群落结构特征分别进行主成分分析。结果表明:(1)4个季节共调查到大型底栖动物80种,秋季物种数最高,春季、冬季最低,环节动物门和节肢动物门4个季变化较大;(2)优势种秋季为5种,春季为6种,夏季为2种,冬季为1种,主要集中在环节动物门;(3)多样性指数、均匀度指数、丰富度指数均是秋季最高,夏季最低,远岸海域较高,近岸海域较低;(4)影响大型底栖动物群落结构的主成分分析表明,秋季、冬季主要为沉积环境因素,春季、夏季主要为水环境因素。

     

    Abstract: The community structure of macrobenthic faunas was investigated in 16 stations of Qingduizi bay from 2011 to 2012, and 12 sedimentary environmental factors, 10 water environmental factors and the benthic animal community structure were analyzed by principal component separately.The results showed that 80 species of macrobenthic animals were found in four seasons, with the maximal number of species in autumn, the minimum in spring and winter, and the maximal change in species number in Annelida and arthropods.There were 5 dominant species in autumn, 6 ones in spring, 2 ones in summer, 1 one in winter, most belonging to the members in Annelida.The maximal diversity index, evenness index and richness index were observed in autumn and the minimal values in summer, higher in the farther from coastal waters, and lower closer to the coastal waters.The principal component analysis revealed that the community structure of the macrobenthos was heavily affected by sedimentary environmental factors in autumn and winter, and by water environmental factors in spring and summer.
