水生生物样品中微塑料的提取和分离方法综述

Review on methods for extraction and isolation of microplastics in aquatic organisms

  • 摘要: 目前水生生物样品中微塑料研究方法的多样化导致微塑料检出率参差不齐,不同研究成果之间的可比性较差。如何统一从水生生物体中提取和分离微塑料的有效方法,是微塑料研究中亟待解决的科学问题。本综述总结了60多篇文献中不同化学试剂对水生生物样品的消解效率及其对聚合物物理化学特征的影响,分析了后鉴定过程中滤膜的选择,并对不同方法的优缺点进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: The diversification of microplastic extraction methods from aquatic organisms resulted in different detection ratios of microplastics, which led to the poor comparability among studies.Therefore, an efficient approach for extraction and isolation of microplastics from aquatic organisms is of significance.In this review, we summarized the digestion efficiency of different digestion solutions and their corrosiveness to polymers, and analyzed the effects of different membrane filters used in microplastic identification.The advantages and disadvantages of different methods were compared in this review.
