舟山海域表层海水正构烷烃、甾萜烷特征参数研究

Characteristic parameters of surface water in Zhoushan sea area

  • 摘要: 本文选择舟山海域作为研究对象,对舟山海域的表层海水中有机物特征参数进行了研究。采集的表层海水样品,经正己烷洗脱后,旋转蒸发和氮吹浓缩定容转移至气相分析样品瓶中待GC-MS上机分析。结果表明,从正构烷烃分布来看,峰型为双峰优势碳型和后峰优势碳型,Pr、Ph丰度相对较高,可能是受到石油污染的影响。碳优势指数(CPI)均在1左右,结合Σn-Alk/C16、陆生与水生类脂物比值(TAR)、Pr/Ph、奇偶优势指数(OEP)参数,指示了舟山海域石油污染的存在。舟山海域各站位甾烷萜烷分布趋势上相似,大部分站位检出了18α(H)-奥利烷,Ts/Tm、C31αβS/(S+R))、C32αβS/(S+R))、C29αααS/(S+R))等参数指示了该区域有机物成熟度较高,可能与石油污染有关。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the organic matter parameters in the surface seawater of Zhoushan sea area are studied.The collected surface seawater samples were eluted with n-hexane and then subjected to rotary evaporation and nitrogen purge to the GC-MS for analysis.The results show:the distribution of bimodal dominant carbon and the posterior peak dominant carbon are the peak types, Pr and Ph abundance is relatively high for the surface seawater may be polluted by oil.Carbon preference index (CPI) is around 1, combined with Σn-Alk/C16, terrigenous/aquatic ratio (TAR), Pr/Ph, odd-even predominance (OEP) and other parameters which indicated the presence of oil pollution.The distribution trends of the terpanes at each station were similar in the Zhoushan sea area, and most of the stations detected 18α(H)-oleanane, Ts/Tm, C31αβ(S/(S+R)), C32αβ(S/(S+R)), C29ααα (S/(S+R)) which were little high that maybe influenced by the oil pollution in Zhoushan sea area.
