单通道方形海水养殖池基于流场均匀性的结构优化研究

Study on the structure optimization of single-drain square mariculture aquaculture tank based on the flow field uniformity

  • 摘要: 由于海水循环养殖生产中常见的方形养殖池存在较大的低流速容积(死区容积),本文提出以圆弧角代替直角的方式对方形养殖池结构进行优化,既保持较高空间利用率,又可以改善养殖池的流场均匀性。本文建立了不同圆弧角尺度养殖池的三维湍流数值计算模型,运用计算流体力学技术(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)对养殖池流场均匀性开展研究,重点分析了养殖池内流速分布,并提出研究流场均匀性的判别系数UC50(均匀系数)。研究结果表明:相比方形养殖池,0.2≤R/B(相对弧宽比)<0.4时养殖池内的中流速区占比相对较高,流场均匀性显著改善。本文的研究成果为方形圆弧角养殖池的设计给予了理论依据,为方形养殖池的结构优化提供优选设计参数。

     

    Abstract: It is common that the square aquaculture tank has a large volume of lower velocity (dead volume) in the mariculture production. The arc angle instead of the right angle was used to optimize the structure of the tank, so as to improve the flow field uniformity of the square aquaculture tank and maintain a higher space utilization. In this paper, three-dimensional turbulent numerical models of the aquaculture tanks with different arc angle scales were established, and the flow field uniformity in the aquaculture tanks were studied by using computational fluid dynamics technology, the velocity distribution in the tanks were mainly analyzed, and the evaluation parameter UC50 (uniformity coefficient) was proposed to discuss the flow field uniformity. The results show that: the ratio of the moderate velocity zone in the tanks with 0.2≤R/B(relative arc to width ratio)<0.4 are relatively higher compared with the square tank, and the flow field uniformity is significantly improved. The theoretical basis is provided for the design of square arc angle aquaculture tank in this paper, and the optimal parameters are supplied for the structure optimization of square aquaculture tank.
