面向核电冷源安全的雷达海冰监测系统设计

Design of the radar monitoring system of sea ice for the safety of nuclear power cold source

  • 摘要: 随着我国首座冰区核电站——红沿河核电站的建成,冰区核电的冷源安全保障技术受到管理者和有关学者的广泛关注。本文根据核电站冬季冰期海水利用工程安全保障的监测需求,分析了雷达在取水口近岸海域监测浮冰的优势,并以雷达技术为核心设计了面向冰区核电站的雷达海冰监测系统,介绍了系统在红沿河核电站中的应用。系统实时提供的海冰信息,可为有关部门采取有效的防灾减灾措施提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Cold source security technology of nuclear power in sea ice region is concerned by managers and scholars, since the first nuclear power stations in China -Hongyanhe Nuclear power plant built. In this paper, according to the monitoring requirements of sea ice project, we analyzed the advantages of radar in monitoring sea ice in coastal waters, designed the sea ice monitoring system based on radar technology, and introduced the application of the system in the Hongyanhe Nuclear power. The real-time sea ice information provided by the system can provide the basis for the relevant departments to take effective measures to prevent and reduce disaster.
