基于封闭式增强循环吸收前处理技术测定海水中硫化物

Determination of sulfides in seawater by enhanced circulating absorption method in the closed system

  • 摘要: 本研究应用封闭式增强循环吸收法作为前处理技术,建立了海水中硫化物的快速检测方法。与传统亚甲基蓝分光光度法相比,该方法采用封闭循环系统和自动加酸技术,有效避免了实验过程中H2S的泄漏,显著提升了方法准确度,回收率超过80%,检出限达0.16 μg/L;应用增强循环技术,免去了氮吹和样品加热等步骤,将样品处理时间缩短至5 min,大大提高了检测效率,有利于批量处理样品,为海水中硫化物的测定提供了一种快速、准确、高效的方法。

     

    Abstract: In this study, a rapid method for the determination of sulfides in seawater was developed using enhanced circulating absorption method in the closed system. Compared with the traditional methylene blue spectrophotometric method, the new method uses the enhanced circulating absorption in the closed system with automatic quantitative acid adding technique and without nitrogen blow and heating. The sample treatment time is less than 5 min, which is convenient and efficient for batch treatment of seawater samples. The closed system avoids the leakage of H2S, and ensures the recovery rate (more than 80%) and precision. The method detection limit is 0.16 μg/L. The new method is rapid, accurate and efficient for sulfide monitoring in seawater, and can completely meet the demand of the marine environmental monitoring.
