Abstract: Aimed to solve theoretical deficiency of marine resources conservation and ecological environment restoration in China in the new era, this paper proposed conception of marine artificial ecosystem based on analysis of artificial ecosystem connotation. And then the structure and theoretical connotation of marine artificial ecosystem are analyzed. The marine artificial ecosystem construction paradigms are established, which include marine artificial ecosystem planning, marine artificial ecosystem ecological engineering constructing and marine artificial ecosystem adaptive management. Finally, application of marine artificial ecosystem theoretical paradigm to marine ecological restoration, marine ranching construction and artificial island ecosystem creating. We wish all above discussion can provide theoretical guiding mode of ecosystem ecology for marine ecological civilization construction in China in the new period.
