舟山群岛马鞍列岛贻贝养殖区沉积物磷的形态特征

Phosphorus fraction in the sediments from mussel culture areas in Ma’an archipelago, Zhoushan Islands

  • 摘要: 为探讨贻贝养殖活动对海洋沉积物磷赋存形态及分布的影响,本文采用SMT磷分级法提取并测定了马鞍列岛贻贝养殖区沉积物中的总磷(TP)、无机磷(IP)、有机磷(OP)、交换态磷(Ex-P)、铁铝结合态磷(Fe/Al-P)和钙结合态磷(Ca-P),分析了各形态磷的空间分布特征及生物有效性。结果表明,马鞍列岛养殖海域沉积物中TP的含量范围为458.83~507.60 mg/kg,平均含量为477.14 mg/kg,各采样站点沉积物磷的形态均以IP为主,占TP的比例为78.97%~86.99%。3种无机形态磷(IP)含量大小顺序为Fe/Al-P>Ca-P>Ex-P,在TP中平均占比分别为29.98%、27.50%和8.35%。生物可利用磷(BAP)可用于判断沉积物中磷的内源释放能力,其含量为172.34~266.86 mg/kg,平均含量为231.33 mg/kg,占TP含量的47.55%。沉积物各形态磷与微粒径的相关性表明,Fe/Al-P和BAP与微粒径均呈极显著的正相关性关系。各形态磷在养殖海域空间分布总体上呈现贻贝养殖核心区>邻近区>潜在影响区>对照区的趋势,表明贻贝养殖活动对邻近海域沉积物磷有一定的影响,初步估算其主要影响范围约为1 km。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effects of mussel culture on the forms and distribution of phosphorus in sediments, the spatial distribution and the bioavailability of various phosphorus in the sediments of Ma’an archipelago were analyzed by SMT phosphorus classification method. According to this method, Total phosphorus (TP), inorganic phosphorus (IP), organic phosphorus (OP), exchangeable phosphorus (Ex-P), iron aluminum bound phosphorus (Fe/Al-P) and calcium bound phosphorus (Ca-P) were extracted and determined, the organic phosphorus (OP) was the difference between TP and IP content. The results showed that the content of TP in the sediments of the aquaculture sea area of Ma’an archipelago ranged from 458.83 mg/kg to 507.60 mg/kg, with an average content of 477.14 mg/kg. Inorganic phosphorus was the predominate form of phosphorus, accounting for 78.97%~86.99% of TP. The content of phosphorus in each form of IP was in the order of Fe/Al-P>Ca-P>Ex-P, which accounted for 29.98%、27.50% and 8.35% in TP, respectively. Bioavailable phosphorus (BAP) can be used to judge the endogenous release capacity of phosphorus in sediments. Its content was 172.34~266.86 mg/kg, with an average content of 231.33 mg/kg, accounting for 47.55% of TP. The correlation between phosphorus fraction and particle size showed that both Fe/Al-P and BAP showed a highly significant positive correlation with fine-grain size. In addition, the spatial distribution of various forms of phosphorus in the culture sea area generally showed the trend of mussel culture core area > adjacent area > potential impact area > control area, indicating that mussel culture activities had a certain acting sphere on the phosphorus in sediments of the adjacent sea area, and the main impact range was estimated to be about 1 km.
