Abstract:
To enhance the efficiency of the designing of marine observation platform configuration, this study proposes an intelligent design method based on improved Case based reasoning . Firstly, the main influencing factors are selected, and the evaluation index system of marine observation means configuration is constructed. According to engineering application, the case representation method is determined. Secondly, the case retrieval and reuse model of observation platform configuration is established based on the similarity theory. Finally, a case revision model is constructed based on multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm and technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution method. The results of the case study reveal that the configuration of ocean observation platforms using the improved CBR method not only boosts economic efficiency by 18% and slashes the budget by 57.1% compared to the existing approach, but it also fulfills the required observation capacity. Moreover, this method allows for the creation of design solutions that are versatile and applicable across diverse scenarios, thus proving its scientific soundness and adaptability. This makes it highly suitable for engineering demands.
