基于改进CBR的海洋观测手段配置智能设计方法研究

  • 摘要: 为提升海洋观测手段配置效率,本文提出了一种基于改进案例推理的海洋观测手段配置智能设计方法。首先,选取主要影响因素,构建海洋观测手段配置评价指标体系,并根据工程应用的实际情况,确定案例表征方法,基于实例构建案例库。其次,基于相似度理论建立观测手段配置案例检索与重用模型。最后,基于多目标模拟退火和逼近理想解算法构建案例修正模型。实例分析结果表明:与现有方法相比,基于改进CBR方法计算得到的海洋观测手段配置方案,在保证观测能力指标的前提下,观测经济性指标提升了18%,预算节省了57.1%。同时,该方法能够根据不同的应用场景设计出满足要求的设计方案,证明了其科学性和灵活性能够满足实际工程需求。

     

    Abstract: To enhance the efficiency of the designing of marine observation platform configuration, this study proposes an intelligent design method based on improved Case based reasoning . Firstly, the main influencing factors are selected, and the evaluation index system of marine observation means configuration is constructed. According to engineering application, the case representation method is determined. Secondly, the case retrieval and reuse model of observation platform configuration is established based on the similarity theory. Finally, a case revision model is constructed based on multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm and technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution method. The results of the case study reveal that the configuration of ocean observation platforms using the improved CBR method not only boosts economic efficiency by 18% and slashes the budget by 57.1% compared to the existing approach, but it also fulfills the required observation capacity. Moreover, this method allows for the creation of design solutions that are versatile and applicable across diverse scenarios, thus proving its scientific soundness and adaptability. This makes it highly suitable for engineering demands.
