有机地球化学在东海全新世古气候和古海洋研究中的应用进展

Application of organic geochemical proxies to Holocene paleoclimatic and paleoceanographic studies of the East China Sea

  • 摘要: 有机地球化学指标已成为追溯全球古环境变化与古生物地球化学演化的有力工具,在我国边缘海中得到广泛应用,尤以东海全新世古气候和古海洋学研究取得的成果最为显著。本文在综述了部分有机质整体指标和脂类生物标志物用于东海有机质溯源研究进展的同时,着重叙述了他们在全新世海水表层温度、季风、相对海平面和海洋初级生产力重建等古气候和古海洋学领域的研究动态。针对我国边缘海,提出应选用更加有效可靠的有机地球化学多指标,研究高分辨率的沉积连续记录,全面恢复古气候环境变迁历史。

     

    Abstract: Organic geochemistry provides a variety of proxies that can be used to reconstruct paleo-climatic and paleo-environmental changes as well as paleo-biogeochemical cycles.This technology is now widely used in paleoclimatic and paleoceanographic researches in China marginal seas, particularly the East China Sea.This paper summarizes some important progress made recently in description of carbon source, reconstruction of paleo-climatic and paleo-environmental changes, especially the changes in paleo-temperature, monsoon, sea-level and paleo-oceanic productivity of the East China Sea in the Holocene.Consequently, the authors propose that organic geochemical multiproxy indices extracted from high resolution marine sediments should be used to clarify the history of paleo-climatic and paleo-environmental changes of the China marginal seas.
