我国江河入海流量实时在线监测系统规范化设计与实现

Standardized design and realization of real-time online monitoring systems for rivers flow into the sea in China

  • 摘要: 根据海洋生态文明建设的要求,大批入海流量实时在线监测系统正在或即将投入建设,为避免盲目建设,急需系统化、规范化的设计方案作为指导。针对这一问题,本文给出了我国江河入海流量实时在线监测系统规范化设计方案,该方案对江河入海流量实时在线监测系统的设计原则、组成及各部分的功能、运行流程、数据流等内容提出了规范化的设计要求。依据该方案,在辽河建设了一套入海流量实时在线监测系统并进行了长期业务化运行。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous improvement of marine environmental protection requirements, a large amount of real-time online monitoring systems for flow into the sea are being or going to be build.In order to avoid blind construction, systematic and standardized design schemes are urgently needed as a guideline.For this problem, this paper comes up with a systematic and standardized design scheme for real-time online monitoring system of rivers flow into the sea in China.The designing principle, composition and individual function, operational process, data flow and so on are required in the design scheme.This scheme is implemented and the real-time online monitoring system is under long-term operation in Liao River online monitoring operation demonstration station.
