南黄海浒苔和马尾藻中的痕量金属含量

Trace metal contents in Enteromorpha and Sargassum from South Yellow Sea, China

  • 摘要: 本文利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定浒苔和马尾藻中As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Mn、Pb、Zn的含量,并比较了样品对各金属的富集系数,对各金属含量进行了主成分分析。结果表明:浒苔样品中痕量金属平均含量由大到小依次为Zn > Cu ≈ Mn > As > Cr > Cd > Pb,马尾藻中依次为As > Zn > Cu > Mn > Cd > Cr > Pb。浒苔对于各金属富集系数大小顺序由大到小依次为Cu > Cr ≈ Cd > Zn > Mn > As > Pb,马尾藻为As > Cd > Cu > Zn > Cr > Pb ≈ Mn。紫菜和螺旋藻标准物质回收率为81.95%~108.75%和81.43%~109.74%,两种样品加标回收率分别为87.88%~104.76%和86.11%~112.29%,标准工作曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999。该方法具有较高的灵敏度,操作简便,适用于检测大型海藻中痕量金属的含量,结果准确。

     

    Abstract: In this research, the contents of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn, Pb and Zn in Enteromorpha and Sargassum were determined by the Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES).The accumulation coefficients of the metals were compared, and the principal component analysis was performed.The results indicated that the average contents of trace metals in Enteromorpha followed the order:Zn > Cu ≈ Mn > As > Cr > Cd > Pb, while in Sargassum they followed the order:As > Zn > Cu > Mn > Cd > Cr > Pb.The accumulation coefficients in Enteromorpha followed the order:Cu > Cr ≈ Cd > Zn > Mn > As > Pb, while in Sargassum they followed the order:As > Cd > Cu > Zn > Cr > Pb ≈ Mn.The recoveries of target metals in the two certified reference materials used in this research, i.e.Porphyra and Spirulina, were 81.95%~108.75% and 81.43%~109.74%, respectively; the results of spike recovery test on the two reference materials were 87.88%~104.76% and 86.11%~112.29% respectively.The linear correlation coefficients of the standard working curves were all greater than 0.999.The method has high sensitivity and is easy to operate, which is suitable for detecting the contents of trace metals in algae.
