2004~2013年对海南岛东部沿海海草床进行长期定点监测,对近10 a来海南岛东部沿海海草床海草种类、平均盖度、平均密度及平均生物量进行了统计分析,探讨其变化趋势.结果表明,海南岛东部沿海海草床常监测到的种类为2科3亚科6属8种海草,分别为海菖蒲(Enhalus acoroides)、泰莱草(Thalassia hemprichii)、海神草(Cymodocea rotunda)、齿叶海神草(Cymodocea serrulata)、二药藻(Halodule uninervis)、针叶藻(Syringodium isoetifolium)、小喜盐草(Halophila minor)、喜盐草(Halophila ovalis);海草床整体平均覆盖度总体上呈下降趋势,由2004年58.60%下降到2013年21.12%;平均密度总体上呈下降趋势,由2004年1756株/m2下降到2013年223株/m2;平均生物量总体上保持稳定,主要为植株高大,个体平均生物量较高的海菖蒲分布稳定,而植株矮小,对环境要求苛刻的种类随着人类活动、陆源污染、海洋工程以及台风影响分布面积逐渐减少,生境退化.本文希望通过对海南岛东海岸海草床近10 a来海草床变化趋势探讨,掌握海南岛东部沿海海草床基本情况,并提高公众对海草保护意识,为海南岛海草床的保护与修复提供科学理论依据.
