基于GIS和专家评估法的海洋生物资源损害评估数据标准化方法

Data standardization method for damage assessment of living marine resources based on GIS and expert evaluation method

  • 摘要: 本文以辽宁省辽东湾海域为例,收集了2007、2008和2011年海洋生物资源大面调查数据和2007~2010年128个涉海建设项目中海洋生物现状调查数据,采用基于GIS的空间插值和空间分析功能,结合专家评估法,将两种尺度下的数据(辽东湾的大面调查数据与现有涉海建设项目中海洋生物资源调查数据)有机结合,实现了海洋生物资源损害评估数据的标准化.结果表明,该方法兼顾了海洋生物资源损害评估工作的科学性、实用性和可操作性,具有重要的应用意义,是对海洋生态补偿工作的有益探索.

     

    Abstract: Taking Liaodong Bay in Liaoning province as an example, large scale survey data of living marine resources were collected in 2007, 2008 and 2011, and small sacle data from 128 construction projiects during 2007~2010. Baesd on GIS functions of spatial interpolation and spatial analyst and expert evaluation method, the paper combines large scale data in Liaodong Bay with small scale data from construction projiects, realizes data standardization for damage assessment of living marine resources. The results show that the method incarnates more scientific, practicability and maneuverability of damage assessment of living marine resources for construction projiect, it has important application significance, and is a beneficial exploration for marine ecological compensation.
