一种基于粒度频率分布的粒度效应校正方法

An approach for correcting grain size effect base on the size-frequency distribution

  • 摘要: 受沉积物粒度效应的影响,自然过程或人类活动引起的痕量元素含量的变化往往受到掩盖或弱化。为剔除该效应的影响,本文基于沉积物的粒度频率分布,分析各粒级组分对痕量元素的贡献,从而推算出整个样品中受粒度效应控制的痕量元素含量;再将其从测量值中扣除,即可剔除粒度效应对痕量元素的影响。并将校正结果与地球化学法的归一化结果进行比对,探讨本文方法的可行性及优势。

     

    Abstract: Variation of trace element concentrations in sediment induced by natural processes or human activities always conceals or weakens by grain size effect.In order to eliminate the grain size effect,this paper bases on the size-frequencydistribution of sediments,analysis the trace element content in each fraction,and calculate itsconcentrationcontrolling by granularity in the whole sample.The grain size effect can be removed by deducting the calculated contents from the measured ones.By comparing with the geochemical normalization method,we discuss the feasibility and merits of the correction method presented in this paper.
