海洋环境质量控制目标研究以渤海海域为例

摘要: 以海洋功能区对水质的不同要求为基础,制定了海洋环境质量控制目标的研究方法和技术路线。将控制海域分为优先控制区、重点控制区和一般控制区,筛选出不同控制区的主要污染物,进而提出海洋环境质量控制目标。以2010年渤海海域为例,对制定的海洋环境质量控制目标的研究方法进行示范应用,结果表明该方法切实可行,能够科学、合理地提出渤海海域环境质量控制目标,可为海洋管理部门的政策制定提供技术支撑。Abstract: Based on different water quality requirements of marine functional areas, the research method and technical route of marine environmental quality control objective (MEQCO) were made.The control sea area was divided into priority control area, key control area and general control area.The dominant pollutants in different control areas were screened, and then the MEQCO was proposed.Take Bohai Sea area in 2010 as an example, the research method of MEQCO was demonstrated.Result showed that the method was feasible and could propose the MEQCO of Bohai Sea area scientifically.It could provide technical support in making policy for the marine administrative department.
