中国沿海地区风暴潮灾害损失监测预警研究进展

Review of storm surge disaster monitoring and early warning in China's coastal areas

摘要: 近年来，风暴潮灾害已成为制约我国沿海地区经济社会发展的重要因素。本文以风暴潮为研究对象，从风暴潮灾害数值模拟预报技术、风暴潮灾害致灾机理、风暴潮灾害损失评估、风暴潮灾害损失监测预警、风暴潮灾害损失应急管理等五个方面回顾分析国内外有关风暴潮灾害研究的进展情况，揭示目前国内风暴潮灾害研究存在的问题，展望风暴潮研究的发展趋势。

Abstract: In recent years,storm surge disasters have become a main constraint of the economic and social development in China's coastal areas.This paper summarizes the progress of storm surge disasters both at home and abroad from five aspects,namely simulation prediction technique,the mechanisms,loss assessments,monitoring and early warning,and loss contingency management and forecasting.The limitation is revealed and the future research trends is discussed.
