Abstract:
Based on the survey data of marine surface sediments in Shenzhen nearshore in August 2015, this research adopts toxic and mutagenic BaP equivalent、ERL/ERM and MERM-Q method to assess health and ecological risk of PAHs. This study shows that the range of dry weight of PAHs of the sediments in Shenzhen nearshore is (227.51~3897.42)×10
-9. Compared with the content in sediment in world, the total toxic and mutagenic BaP equivalent of PAHs is in shape of low toxic level and mutagenic risk status. Also, the sediments in surface around estuary of Dasha river mouth in Shenzhen bay may cause low toxicity, which makes the overall ecological risk be in a low and medium level.
