广西防城湾表层沉积物重金属的分布及其潜在生态风险评价

Distribution and potential ecological risk evaluation of heavy metals in surface sediments of Fangcheng bay of Guangxi

  • 摘要: 采用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光法测定了防城湾海域11个站位表层沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Hg、As的含量,各元素的平均含量分别为20.7×10-6、34.9×10-6、61.14×10-6、0.18×10-6、28.2×10-6、0.078×10-6和8.49×10-6,均符合该海域海洋功能区划要求。各重金属含量均呈现出由湾内向湾口逐渐降低趋势。其中,Cu、Pb、Zn之间,Cr、Hg、As之间相关关系显著。Hakanson潜在生态风险评价结果为:测定的7种重金属单因子潜在生态风险均属于轻微生态危害范畴,其潜在生态风险大小依次为:Hg> Cd> Pb> As> Cu> Cr> Zn。

     

    Abstract: Surface sediment samples were selected from 11 sampling sites in Fangcheng bay.The concentrations of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Cr were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,while Hg and As were analyzed by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.The average content of each element was 20.7×10-6,34.9×10-6,61.14×10-6,0.18×10-6,28.2×10-6,0.078×10-6 and 8.49×10-6,respectively.And the results meet the requirement of the marine functional zoning.The contents of all the heavy metals gradually decreased from the inner bay to the bay mouth.The good positive correlations occurred between Cu,Pb and Zn,as between Cr,Hg and As.It was revealed that the potential ecological risk of the single factor of each heavy metal determined was slight through Hakanson potential ecological risk assessing.The order of potential ecological risks of these heavy metals is Hg> Cd> Pb> As> Cu> Cr> Zn.
