重要海洋生态功能区选划技术方法初探——以泉州湾为例

Pilot study on selecting method of important marine eco-function areas——a case study in Quanzhou bay

  • 摘要: 划定海洋生态红线是当前海洋生态文明建设的重要内容,而重要海洋生态功能区是海洋生态红线区的核心部分,选划方法尚处探索阶段。本文在探索重要海洋生态功能区定义及内涵的基础上,通过资料收集与生态特征分析、潜在的重要海洋生态功能区类型初步识别、海洋生态功能重要性评价方法构建、边界确定等方面构建重要海洋生态功能区选划技术方法,最后以泉州湾为例对方法进行验证。结果表明:共选划5种类型10个重要海洋生态功能区,约占泉州湾海域面积的50.28%。

     

    Abstract: Selecting marine ecological redline is an important part of current marine ecological civilization construction, and the important marine eco-function areas are the key of marine ecological redline,methodology of selecting important marine eco-function areas are still in the stage of exploration. In this paper, the concept and connotation of important marine eco-function areas were proposed, and the methodology used in selecting important marine eco-function areas were analyzed in four steps:first, data collection and ecological features analysis. Second, 9 types of potential important marine eco-function areas were identified in accordance with marine ecosystem services value and important marine ecosystems in the laws and regulations. Third, assessment index system of significance of marine ecological function were established. Fourth, determining boundary of 9 types of important marine eco-function areas in accordance with biogeographic classification principle. Case study was carried out in Quanzhou bay to verify this method.5 types of 10 important marine eco-function areas were identified and the areas are account for 50.28%。
