Sea-area price index is very important in helping people to identify the change of sea-area price.This paper gives a clear idea about the Sea-area price index methodology innovatively, and calculates the Sea-area price index of the reclamation as an example.Then the paper proposes drawing up the sea-area price index as well as the application by the Sea Area Use Dynamic monitoring system.
