Research on the conformance analysis method and judgement matrix for marine functional zoning

Marine functional zoning conformance analysis is one of the key links in sea use examination and sea use argument.Through understanding the connotation of marine functional zoning conformance analysis, this article aims to set up a comprehensive marine functional zoning conformance analysis method.And then supplemented by Delphi method, we build the judgement matrix, including the conformance between the types of sea area use and functional zones, the suitability between the way of sea area use and functional zones, the accessibility between the types of sea area use and functional zones.They provide a feasible and scientific basis for a comprehensive analysis of Marine Functional Zoning conformance analysis.
