The types, characteristics and calculation method of exclusiveness in sea use

Based on the traditional concept of sea use, the definition and relationship between compatibility are given, as well as three types and five features of sea use exclusiveness are analyzed. Accordingly, method to definite the exclusive range of sea use is put forward. The mathematical formula of exclusiveness is given, based on which the method of quantitative calculation was discussed.
