  • In order to provide a reference for maritime administrations to audit the establishment of marine pollution defense body for ports, shipyards, according to 《Regulations on Administration of Prevention and Control of Pollution to the Marine Environment by Vessels》 and 《technical specifications of Risk Assessment about Marine Environmental Pollution from Ships (Trial)》, by analyzing risk identification, item sources and impact prediction of the ship pollution accidents about two companies in Shidao, in this thesis a special assessment about the two companies establishing defense body was carried out and the necessity, feasibility and economics of defense body formation was discussed, further a perfect suggestion about this kind of assessment practice was put forward.
