Study on policy participation of the environmental NGOs in China's marine environmental governance

In recent years, the Chinese government has attached great importance to the governance and protection of the marine environment.In this context, China's environmental NGOs rose rapidly and took positive action.The main line of the article is environmental NGOs' participation in the governance of the marine environment policy in China.It will mainly analyze the theoretical basis, current situation, the difficulties and the path choice of the environmental NGOs in the policy participation.This paper puts forward the constructive opinions and suggestions and has a certain theoretical value and practical significance for the participation of the environmental NGOs in China's marine environmental governance.
