Exploitation potential evaluating of the renovate islands in Liaoning province based on PPC-AHP-DM method

This article selects seventeen islands of Liaoning province as Exploitation Potential evaluation object, which be renovated since the《Sea Island Protection Law of the People's Republic of China》 was issued.The evaluation constructed aindex classification system which had sixmajor categories and twenty-three indicators, selected the PPC-AHP-DM portfolio model.By static analysis and comparison of every island, the author determined the development potential ranking and changing width before and after the renovation project.The results show:before renovation, Dabijiashan Island gets a forward ranking and Zhangjiashan Island、Yangjiashan Island get a backward ranking; after renovation, all islands' development potential get deferent increasing, the increasing extentis different from the type of renovation and repair project, Dabishan Island、the Juehua Island、Zhangjiashan Island and Yangjiashan Island get great increasing extent.
